If you would like to exchange links with me, please adhere to the following requirements:

Must Have:

• Your site must complement my site by offering some kind of product or service in the areas of Health or Fitness in mind, body, or spirit.

• My link on your page must be linked to your homepage.

• Your site must link to sites that compliment the topic or category of your site

• My link on your site must be included in a written paragraph within the 'Body Text' and not on a "resources" or "Links" page with other links. I will do the same for your link.

Must Not:

• Your products or services must not be similar or compete with my products or services.

• Your reciprocal link back to me must not reside in a framed page or image map.

• Your website must not have "pop ups".

• Your site must not be a Link Exchange site or link farm.
